Yesterday I posted foods that are terrific
options for cleaner eating. Today I am listing foods that either add to our
toxic load or decrease our detoxification systems effectiveness. Bear in mind that not all of these should be avoided forever, some can be consumed in moderation, some are fine to eat if you don't have any symptoms from the toxic load check lists. The things that should always be avoided are highlighted in red, and things that should be avoided as much as possible are in orange.
